01 Our promise

No fee.
No pressure.
No exceptions.

Our work for candidates is, and always has been, free of charge. Our fees are paid by hiring organisations — not by the people we represent. There is no membership, no premium tier, no upsell. The conversation costs you nothing but the time you choose to spend on it.

We will only put your name forward when a role is genuinely worth your consideration — and only ever with your explicit permission. You decide who hears about you, when, and in what terms. That is the entire arrangement.

02 What working with us looks like

Four conversations,
at your pace.

  1. i.

    An introduction.

    A thirty-minute call, in person where geography allows. We learn what you have built, what you want next, and — equally important — what you do not want. There is no obligation beyond turning up.

  2. ii.

    A considered view.

    If we can be useful, we say so. If we cannot, we say that too — and try to recommend a colleague who can. We do not collect CVs for the sake of it. We do not build databases of names we are not actively serving.

  3. iii.

    The right introduction, at the right moment.

    When a mandate genuinely matches your direction, we will tell you everything we are able to share, then ask whether you would like an introduction. Nothing happens without your consent — including, importantly, the use of your name.

  4. iv.

    Through to the offer, and beyond.

    Interviews, references, the offer conversation, the resignation, the first ninety days. We stay close throughout. Six months after you start, we will check in — not because the process demands it, but because we want to know how it went.

03 Confidentiality

Discretion is the
default — not an
added service.

Your current employer will not learn of our conversation from us. Your name will not appear on a shortlist without your express agreement. Your CV is held under encryption, accessible only to the partner handling your search.

If you would like us to be in touch only when something specific arises, we will note that and respect it. If you would prefer no further contact at all, a single email will suffice. We do not chase, and we do not market.

Yes. The most consequential moves are made by people who were not looking. The conversation costs you an hour and obligates you to nothing.

Senior leadership, board-level appointments, and high-value technical or specialist mandates across our six sectors. Generally £150K / €175K base and above.

I am open to relocating. Helpful?

Very. We operate across all twenty-seven EU member states and the UK, and we are accustomed to managing the practical logistics of a cross-border move.

How long does the process take?

From first conversation to signed offer typically six to fourteen weeks, depending on the mandate and your own timetable. There is no clock.
