02 Who we are
For more than a decade, Elite Recruiters has been the trusted intermediary between organisations setting the direction of their industries and the people capable of executing that direction. We work across twenty-seven member states and the United Kingdom, in English, German, French, and seven further languages — fluently and on the ground.
Our partners come from the industries they recruit for: finance, technology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, energy and legal. They know the difference between a credible candidate on paper and one who will succeed in the room. That distinction is, in essence, the entire business.
We spend disproportionate time understanding what is genuinely required — the mandate, the people who will judge it, and the realities of the role. Every search starts in conversation, not in a database.
Our researchers approach passive candidates directly, by name and by reputation. We do not advertise senior mandates. The people who would answer an advert are rarely the people you need.
Structured competency interviews, leadership psychometrics where appropriate, and four to six independently sourced references — taken up before, not after, the offer.
Every executive placement is backed by a twelve-month replacement guarantee. We rarely need to honour it. We are quietly proud of that.
03 How we work
Our methodology is unfashionably traditional. It is also, by some margin, the most reliable way we have found to place the right person in the right role.
04 Sectors
Some firms claim to cover everything. We are deliberate about where we go deep — and equally deliberate about where we decline to be involved.
Banking, private equity, asset management, fintech. C-suite and senior investment roles across Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, Dublin, Luxembourg and London.
CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of AI, and principal-level technical leadership for scaling companies and established platforms alike.
Pharma, biotech, medical devices. Commercial, scientific, regulatory and board-level appointments across the European cluster.
Advanced manufacturing, renewables, infrastructure. Operating leadership for industries undergoing material transformation.
Partners, general counsel, and senior in-house counsel. Quiet conversations, conducted with the discretion the profession demands.
Chair, NED and supervisory board appointments. Particular strength in succession planning and post-listing board composition.
05 Begin
Whether you are a senior professional weighing what should come next, or a hiring organisation considering a new mandate — we would welcome the conversation. No fee, no obligation, and absolute discretion on both sides of the table.
